Hi, I'm Love Hayes
Most people know me as Maria, but my closest and dearest people call me Love, and that's the name I've built this space around.
I'm a certified business coach, consultant, and community builder, but if you ask me, the real work I do is helping women come home to themselves and live the life they have always deserved.
My path here wasn't a straight line. It wound through leadership roles, classrooms, project teams, and community tables, and along the way I learned exactly what it takes to help people feel seen and belong. That blend of strategy, soul, and lived experience now shapes everything I build, including The Next Bold Move Society - the community I founded to help women realign their lives with who they're becoming.

Before we get into any of this, you should know what's underneath it: my family.
Everything I build, every bold move I champion, comes back to them. They're my why - the reason I chase growth instead of settling, the reason I believe transitions (even the hard, messy ones) are worth walking through instead of around.
I became a single mom early on, and that season shaped me more than any other. It was hard at first and there's no softening that. But it's also where I learned to trust myself, to make decisions without a safety net, to build a life I actually wanted instead of the one I assumed I'd have, and to keep going even when the path wasn't clear.
Every ounce of confidence I bring to my business and this community was earned in those years. If you're here because you're in the middle of your own bold move, know that mine started the same way.
